Introduction:
The Laboratory of Prevention and Ergonomics,
University of Algiers 2, is organizing the Third

Reality and Perspectives",
on the 26 - 28 October 2015, at

2.
Problematic of the conference:
All countries in the world including developing
countries are seeking to realize the development. They are in this
mission required to take advantage of everything that would help in
achieving the development process. Different Sciences are among the
factors that can contribute to the progress of these countries.
Ergonomics as the science that studies the relationship between man
and technology is one of these sciences.
The industrially developed countries have worked since the creation
of this science after World War II to take advantage of it and work
on its publication to benefit the concerned establishments, and the
entire community in general.
Numerous studies have been conducted about the
productivity of workers and the issues of occupational safety and
health in developing countries. They have stressed that the
application of Ergonomics is very limited or almost non-existent.
Workers did not receive any training in Ergonomics. In addition,
health problems for workers indicate a deficiency in the application
of Ergonomics. Moreover, working conditions in developing countries
desperately need to apply Ergonomics. This is how this conference
came in order to contribute to the increase of awareness about
ergonomics, and encourages its application in developing countries.
